I am writing to report a very unusual issue with my product listings. The images I uploaded years ago in Seller Central are not appearing on the product detail page. Instead, competitors' images are being displayed on my ASINs, which is completely incorrect, unethical, and potentially illegal. This has led to an increase in customer returns, negative reviews, and poor ratings.

It's important to note that my product images are correctly placed in Seller Central with no changes or removals. However, the product detail page is showing entirely different images.

Please investigate this matter urgently and resolve it as soon as possible. I have opened the case with Amazon but still issue not resolved. Hers is the case ID: 10374055442

my Amazon business buyer account has been deactivated (No idea why) and now because I use that email to log into my seller account, I can’t access my seller account. I know my seller account is still active as I have 3rd party software that updates me of my sales. I have no idea how to get back in and seller support is 0 help. Can anyone help please?

I’m reaching out regarding my product listing with ASIN: B0CFLF9R3D, which is currently being sold in Germany and the UK. I recently updated the listing with 9 new images. However, I’ve noticed that both the old and new images are now appearing on the product detail page, resulting in a total of 18 images being displayed.

My intention was to replace the old images with the new ones, not to have them combined. Could you please assist in resolving this issue so that only the newly uploaded 9 images are displayed on the product detail page?

I also launched a case with seller support team Case ID: 10126507152, But nothing fixed.
