Listing Hijacked by Fraudulent, Abusive seller from Vietnam that has hijacked hundres and selling fraudulently for $28 each

MODS PLEASE HELP: @Danny_Amazon@Dougal_Amazon@Seller_OF1DgHefAQf4G@Sandy_Amazon

There appears to be a fraudulent ring in Vietnam targeting your sellers. Our listing was hijacked by two sellers from Vietnam then removed and now two others have appeared. They have hundreds of hijacked products all selling for $28 each plus $60 shipping with only one in stock.

This is the current hijacker:

Business Name: ANH LAN THI NGUYEN

Business Address:

TRẦN XÁ

LẠC LONG

THỊ XÃ KINH MÔN

HẢI DƯƠNG

170000

VN

We have already completed a violation complaint form: Case ID 17953729791

We have screenshots of the products they are listing fraudulently.

PLEASE HELP REMOVE THIS FRAUD.. THANK YOU!

Hello @Seller_T36g5exQVvNUq,

Dougal here and thanks for all the info as well as submitting a complaint. The case ID you shared looks to be the case ID of a chat with Seller Support. Did you receive a complaint ID when reporting this? Or is your only reference the case ID associated with the chat?

Either way, it appears as though the issue has been addressed or at least on the ASIN you highlighted in the case ID. I am not finding the business name associated with any ASINs in the US store.

If you are seeing something different or this issue has not been resolved, please let me know.

Best, Dougal
