FBA inventory stuck in "Reserved" status for more than 45 days..

FBA inventory stuck in "Reserved" status for more than 45 days..

I sent my inventory at end of October, and till today (December 18) it is in reserved status.

The support persons are not very helpful in resolving this.

Please help in getting my inventory out of reserved status.

apparently it is "peak season"..

but I had sent in in October end.

the delays have caused this to drag to peak season
