Variation Listing Creation fails on Brand Name Registration

Hi Guys,
I have had a product for sale for a year, in 5 colours, so I had created a Parent variation listing with the 5 child Asin’s. It worked perfect for 12 months, until one day I discovered that the variations did not show anymore, leaving me with just 5 individual listings. I deleted the Parent, and tried to re create the variations listing, without success.
Now, after nearly 3 month’s of Emailing and phoning Seller Support, getting all the usual standard email replies ( delete listings, recreate after 24 hours etc etc ) nothing has been done.
I did discover the problem;
Regardless of what I type in when creating new listings, using the same old SKU’s in order not to lose my FBA stock and product reviews, my products Brand Name under “Vital Info” ALWAYS shows up the same; In Child listings in small letters, in the Parent in capital letters !
This is the problem. A Tech problem. Seller support acknowledges this, and has forwarded my case twice to Brand Registry. Last email they informed me they had solved the issue by correcting the brand name registry, and told me to re create my listings again. No luck this time either… I am at my end…How do I contact the one tech guy in Amazon that can actually fix that system glitch???
