Brand name changed on listing

Hi there,

I'm having a technical issue with one of my brands (Koju) listing. We own a brand called Koju, which is enrolled into Amazon’s brand registry and has been for many years. Yesterday I edited one of my listings, to make some updates (ASIN: B0BSVJCP59), however after saving the listing the brand name has partially changed to a random brand name called "AONELAS". No idea what is going on!

We created this listing a couple of years ago and it has always been under our brand name Koju and is connected to our brand registry account and has Koju A+ content etc. So I have no idea how this happened or is even possible.

On the front end it shows "AONELAS" under the brand name section and store name, however when you click into the "AONELAS" store name, it takes you to my brand Koju store. This ASIN can then we found in my Koju store. In the listing editor, it shows Koju under the brand name section which is greyed out and can’t be edited, however in small writing above this it shows "AONELAS". Please see screenshots.

This is clearly some strange technical glitch or error on Amazons side. I have been trying to get seller support to help with this issue, however we're just going around in circled and I keep getting copy and paste responses saying that they cannot change brand names on listing. They clearly do not understand the issue / what is going on here. Can any of the Amazon forum mods please help?
