My account has been deactive for 5 months.
Although I have made all my efforts, I can't reactivate my account.
I tried to submit all the utility bills I have, the company documents, my ID card, my passport, my bank and credit card account breakdowns, but they all failed.
Believe me, I searched the entire Amazon forum and Google to find a solution to me.
I received consultancy from people with more knowledge of Amazon.
Whatever I do, I can't get positive results.
I cannot open a case or request a call because I am a deactive position of my account.
I have a new account I don't even have any listed product.
I want to close my account and open a new account, but my account is deactive and is not allowed to close my account.
If I open a new account in this way, I know that it will be deactive too in my new account.
I'm really stuck.
I spent quite a lot of effort and money to sell in Amazon.
I don't want to give up here, but I don't really know what to do.
Nobody by Amazon does not communicate with me to solve the problem.
The only thing they tell me is the instructions about how to submit the documents.
I sent appeals at least a hundred times and read the instructions they mentioned a lot.
I am a new amazon seller and when creating my account, maybe I may have made a mistake to create a Mismatching in the address section.
However, it is very unjust that my entire account is deactive forever because I made this mistake and that I have no other chance.
