Product photos have been changed to different product
Hi photos have been changed to a totally different product today.
I currently have the buy box
I have called Amazon today regarding it. I’ve re uploaded the original products photos but it’s not updating
And the associate didn’t seem that bothered about it.
Should I close my listing or risk a negative feedback.
I would have thought it would be simple for amz to just put them back to what they were they can clearly see it’s difficult from the original listing that I created.

This is also happening to us on some of our best selling products that happen to be temporarily out of stock and I am noticing it as we get a restock. But then I have to jump through hoops with Amazon to get the listing corrected. I have complained to Amazon about it on the phone but as you say they don’t do anything about at and then you have to do it in writing with a stack of evidence and it can take 24 hours after supplying all the required info to get the listing put right.

Hi quickest way round is to amend in edit and email support selecting reason other.
Attach images of a physical product you have to hand showing EAN and title etc of product.
Add a line to begin saying photo changed to another product by another seller etc.
Then state you have attached evidence supporting the image is incorrect.
Make sure your item is the genuine one for that EAN and that you have not listed on another listing in error first.
