Amazon isn't responding to Appeal

Amazon is no longer responding to my appeal. My new account got deactivated due to verification issues.
I have resubmitted the IDs but I am not receiving any response from Amazon anymore. Its been over three weeks since I last heard from them? What do I do? Nonetheless they are charging my account.

Kindly guide.

You must have signed up for the Professional Selling Plan.
To stop the monthly Professional seller fee you need to downgrade the selling plan.
Go to Settings - Account Info - Your Services - Manage and downgrade to Individual Plan.
If you have sold nothing you can request a refund of unused fees.

What did they ask for and what did you send ?

Yeah, it seems like I submitted without totally understanding how the system works in the UK.

Can I possibly scrap the account and submit to make a new one? As it seems Amazon is no longer responding to my enquiry here.

I must add that on the current SC account I do sell in the USA market.
