Confirm Shipment

Hi, have i accidentally clicked on something I shouldn’t? I cannot confirm shipment of my items this morning?
I usually click confirm shipment and use the drop down menu for carrier used, but nothing is happening when I try and click that box?

You could try logging out and logging back in.

Could it be that the info is there if you scroll down?
They change the order page recently and that made me confused as well.

Have you checked that after ‘Confirm Shipping’ page that

Enter delivery details for your items that have been dispatched

has a quantity set above zero.
