How to extend UK trademark to cover AUS
This is a very technical request I know but I am wondering if anyone has managed to cover their UK BRAND in their AUS account?
I have one UK account with the Brand registered there and have an Aus account under another email user but merged. I have both USERS will full permission under USER ROLES and when I log into brand registry in Aus.
I’ve been told i can apply my UK BRAND to my AUS BRAND without using a new AUS trademark.
Any info would be great

Very unlikely you can do this. A UK trademark is only valid in the UK, and an Australian one only in Australia etc. You would need to register in Australia or get an international trademark - see this link

I see. So adding an AUS user role with admin rights won’t allow me to alter my brand products in Aus?
