I am facing an issue with reactivating one of my product listings. The problem started when I received a notification from Amazon regarding a complaint about the authenticity of the product, and I was asked to provide documents to support its authenticity. The product was purchased from a seller on eBay, and therefore I do not have an invoice from an authorized supplier as Amazon requires.
I want to clarify that none of the units of this product have ever been sold. I have proactively withdrawn all related inventory to ensure compliance with Amazon's policies. I have tried several times to submit what I have, including screenshots of the order and purchase details from eBay, along with my commitment to withdraw the product from inventory and not sell it again. However, I always receive a response indicating that the documents provided are insufficient to address the complaint.
Recently, I received a message from Amazon stating that they no longer accept a Plan of Action (POA) for these cases, and they are requesting invoices from authorized suppliers that reflect sales volume over the past year, which is something I cannot provide due to the nature of the purchase.
I am here to ask for advice from the community or if anyone has had a similar experience and how they managed to resolve it? Are there any additional steps that could help convince Amazon to reconsider? And is there a more effective way to communicate directly with Seller Support in such cases?
