Anyone being hung up on as a customer on the phone? + I was given email address before that, but does it work?
Anyone being hung up on by Amazon as a customer? Sometimes my phonecalls get cut off, so I don’t know if it’s Amz, or if my line is bad.
Before I was cut off, I was given an email address, but does it work - anyone has ever tried it?
Because me, I’m not getting any reply nor automatic acknowledgement so-far.

Then I found I’d been given this one at least a year ago, but never came around to using it:
customer-attachment-requests@amazon.co.uk
And here’s yet 2 more addresses I tried as a customer, but replying to a post-phonecall email I received (which doesn’t seem to be a no-reply one) which had both addresses in, but again no sign of either being received or not:
cs-reply@amazon.co.uk
And
cs-reply+A313Z76XJBSY1U@amazon.co.uk
(this one is probably referring to my particular enquiry).
I emailed the top 2 yesterday mid-afternoon, and the cs-ones on the 19th - how long do you think I need to wait to know if there’s going to be a reply or not?
I’m upset with a complaint that I want to resolve - if now it’s become as hard to get anywhere as a buyer, as it is as a seller, how on earth do I proceed, any tips?..
Many thanks.

This is a forum for sellers, I suggest you try calling Amazon customer service again.

No idea what your complaint is but most issues are resolved using the customer service contact on the main site.
Most basic issues such as items not received, items not described, payment issues, account issues etc can be dealt through the screens on there. You do not normally need to phone or email Amazon to get your problem solved.

You need to be a bit clearer as to what your problem is, presumably as a customer - something you have bought from a seller on Amazon ?

((PS The case/story is not the issue here, not at all, but just to make things maybe clearer:
The issue I have has nothing to do with my marketplace FBA seller or item, and if I follow any comms link in my account, my emails will go to the seller rather than to Amz, while they’re meant for Amz - it’s with Amz that I want to report some problems, not with the seller. Please do not respond to this bit, as this is not the issue I’m asking about at all, thanks)).

Hi all!
Closing the thread as it is not discussing Selling on Amazon.
