I’m reaching out to see if anyone else has faced a similar situation and could offer some advice. We are a professional FBA seller, and just before Black Friday, all of our products on the Amazon Italy marketplace suddenly lost the Buy Box. This issue started around November 12st, and despite multiple attempts to resolve it, we haven’t had any success.
We’ve tried:
1.Opening cases with Seller Support
2.Working with our account manager
3.Price reduction
Unfortunately, none of these efforts have provided a solution. This is severely impacting our sales during the peak season, and even our newly launched products are affected, despite having sufficient FBA inventory and competitive pricing.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, how did you resolve it? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums.
The buy box or the featured offer are not demand based, meaning they cannot be requested or added. Once the offer qualifies and all the metrics are attained they should appear.
