Upload Required Documents
Hi
I have opened an seller account for our company. everything is fine apart from company house documents. Amazon is asking for Statutes (by-laws/articles of association) and registration proof. I have paid Company house £15 each for both documents and uploaded them. every time I upload one document amazon reject the other, I dont know whats wrong with this system. can someone help me please

You need to provide:
- The company incorporation certificate
- The articles of association. If you did not use custom articles they will be the model articles in the Companies Act. It may be worth providing a covering letter indicating you’re using the model articles and include a copy of the model articles.
You might also need to provide:
- Details of directors and shareholders (usually supplied as an appendix to the incorporation certificate)
You should not have had to pay for the documents from companies house as they are usually freely available, unless the company was incorporated many years ago.

It looks like there should be more than just one page of the articles.
The certificate might not be in a form that Amazon easily recognises. They’ll be more used to the initial certificate of incorporation e.g. the last page of this document.
As I said before there was no need to pay for the documents as they’re publically available from Companies House: https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/

Probably incorporation…
Alternatively just go to the oldest document. I think it was on page 4.
