No answer to calls
No answers to emails
Cannot open a ticket on the upslots website.
Booked a pallet for collection on the weekend and no confirmation for collection since.
Of course when I ask seller support has booking been sent to UPS, they tell me its been collected and close the case. What's their percentage for resolving cases? Must be <1%.
Anyone know what's going on with RXO UPS?
Same problem for me. Pallet shipment is missing from the UPS LOTS website and can't print pallet labels.
We now have to use a company called Qargo - when you call them for help they tell you to call, and when you call they tell you to email!

If you go to Qargo website - won't let me post the URL
and input your email address that your UPS labels would be sent.
You'll get a login link sent to you and you should have an account there.
Your labels etc will be on there.
Try sending a message to upscsdept @ ups . com
It worked for me and I got a response, but collections do seem to be all over the place. Our first one since the change has been re-scheduled twice already.
Hopefully they are returning to some sense of normality and organisation as it's been a complete mess so far.
A pallet of mine was picked up with no Collection Labels on it.. nothing sent to me about the changes with QUARGO etc. so I thought the pick up had just been delayed as UPS Amazon was not available to speak to
if you want to get through to an actual person via telephone call the Rxo number and press 1 for collections then press 2 for Tesco. For some reason if you press 1 for Amazon it just rings and rings and nobody picks up. They said they are very backlogged trying to get through queries.

I had same problem since last week monday, some pallets collected without problem, some of them not collected and didn't get any Pallet labels and confirmation from them. I couldn't reach anybody by email or phone call. After 4-5 days I could received the response and get this Qargo access to get shipping labels, now I have the labels I hope will be collected shortly, but this period I have cancelled some shipments they still sent me couriers to collect those cancelled pallets, I am still waiting for monday to receive right collection.
