Pending Orders in customers baskets for months

Hi
Is anyone else having problems with Pending orders, I have some that have been pending for 5 months, now one is 6 items in a customers basket, I have been back and forth to Amazon but I seem to be on a loop now and have twice in the last hour received this response…

After customers make their FBA purchase, they can rest assured that Amazon’s world-class fulfillment network will ensure their items arrive on or before the promised delivery time.

If there are any issues, Amazon’s top-rated customer service staff is standing by 24/7 to support all FBA orders. Please contact customer support as we cannot cancel order from our end.

While you may have received assistance in cancelling FBA orders by one of our Seller Support team members before, this will no longer be possible. We cannot provide any further assistance in cancelling the orders.’

Its frustrating that it comes across as we do not matter
