Read onlyHi
I called off some stock from Amazon as needed for samples to send to customers and the box with 10 jars came smashed and in a plastic bag. Most of the jars were broken or cracked and with damaged labels. 5 days of sending emails back to Amazon as they reimbursed me 1.75 per item
This is not even 1/3 of the item cost price. How did they come up with these calculations? What's your experience?
I am at a massive loss when I add the cost of posting back plus the damaged sock!
