Organic listing disappeared
Hi wondering if anyone could help me i have two active listings at minute and out of nowhere this morning both of them have disappeared organically they both sell well and we’re selling well this morning before it happened, they say there still active and when you start a ppc campaign they both show up with the sponsored ads! Anyone with any experience of this?

Have a good look through your notifications as your storefront also seems to be gone. I don’t recall ever seeing that when items can still be bought.

I’m having the same issue - my most popular listing disappeared earlier, wrote to Seller Support, then checked again and noticed two more have now gone. Sponsored listings are still showing. No performance issues or negative feedback as far as I can see.

@dexon_supplies_ltd It’s interesting that your listings also have the word ‘box’ in the titles - hopefully not something that’s being targeted by Amazon bots for some reason.

I am having similar problems. Many of my popular listings are no longer showing in search. Even when I search for the ASIN number it does not return anything in the search

Just checked my US listings, and they’ve all disappeared too, but checking the US forums it seems to be a problem affecting lots of sellers so hopefully it is just a glitch and will be resolved at some point.

Just noticed within the last hour that all my best selling lines do not appear in search by title or ASIN. Sponsored products are still show though. Did wonder why it was quiet today.

I have this problem also. 5 asins that were position 1 and 2 and amazon’s choice for many keywords now have no ranking in helium 10.
The listings are only showing on sponsored places.
Amazon chat said its an ongoing issue and will contact me via email when resolved.
I just hope I regain the same positions!!
