Product and food safety policy

On May 22, I suddenly received 5 Product and food safety policy, I don't know what happened, one of them I clicked on the complaint and submitted MSDS and other information but it was rejected by Amazon and replied that they will not reply me any more.

We sell on Amazon.com and we sell our items strictly according to Amazon requirements and provide certifications for the items we sell.

My item has been off the shelf and off sale for a day now, which is costing us a lot of money. I don't know what to do, what information I need to submit to get my link reviewed by Amazon, I hope Amazon seller support can give me help, thanks!
