Limited access to Amazon’s Seller Central services

Few days before I received that email from Amazon. At that time my account was under verification. And this thing is happening with me after 1st appeal. Does anyone know how to fix this problem and how to get back our access to my account?

seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.co.uk. I read on another forum to email this team and request to edit greyed out areas with subject PERMISSION TO EDIT INFORMATION.
