Re Restricted Products
Hi, I wonder if anyone can help please, I’ve had 4 of my products restricted by Amazon and have shown the message below when I queried it.One query has been transferred and it’s saying I can’t open this again and the other is pending. I realise that re Covid 19 tissue might show up in customers searches for priority products, the original message said they had been listed in Household, which if we had set the listing up would have put them in Stationery. Would you just close the listing altogether to avoid any problems or try to go back to Amazon. Does this count against metrics? Thanks, Jeff.
