Couldn't declare VAT registration exemption

Hi all,

I was trying to enrol to the Automated receipt generation service. However, I received a message sating that I am not eligible for automatic receipt generation as I do not meet the Terms and Conditions of the VAT registration exemption. My business is registered in the UK and does not need to be VAT registered as I am selling under the current domestic registration threshold.

Does anyone have the same issue and a solution for it? Thank you inadvance!
