clinique ungate

Hi, can you ungate the Clinique beauty category with an invoice and has anyone recently done it? I sent an approval and they approved the brand with the invoice and they said but not the beauty category. And they are asking for a letter of authorisation does anyone know what's the best way to ungate it,

I may be missing something but you appear to have answered your own question. Amazon are asking for a letter of authorisation from the brand so you need to supply one to be ungated.
