Getting charged for other counntries
Hello,
Im just signed up a few days ago and joined a professional account from the UK. I got charged £30.00 for the subscription but now I suddenly have total balance of £105, from marketplace in North America, Japan and Australia. I havent event listed anything yet. My account say amazon central Europe so im confused. Help!

Basically if you signed up for professional seller and clicked all the country listed when logging in, you will automatically be a global account. Silly me, thats what I did as the UK/Europe option was taking forever to load (no patience).
Rectifying it is quite long. You dont have to downgrade to individual seller as some have suggested. You will have to switch to the marketplaces that charged you and contact their customer service. In my case, I had to go to US, Japan and Australia marketplace and speak to their customer srevice one by one. Japan was a bit challenging as I had to translate pages into english.
The Europe customer service wont be able to help as they are not the who charged you and can only say downgrade your account but balance will still be there.
