Incorrect negative feedback
Hi I am a new seller,
one of the customers left me the below negative feedback and amazon are not removing it. even the customer accepted in the chat that he was leaving it to the courier. this has affected my score. customers states he even messaged amazon to remove it but no response. how can i escalate to remove this? case doesn’t help and agents too are not helpful. keep misguiding me … Please help/
FEEDBACK:
"The tracking parcel photo clearly shows the item on my backdoor step.it also clearly shows the pink note on my door that says"please deliver to the front of the property “as items have been stolen.the picture clearly shows the sign I have left on the door for all packages that are being delivered.it was left in the communal area by backdoor.note on door says leave at FRONT door.it’s been stolen.”
