Hi
A buyer left 1 star without any feedback about the downside of the product. Is there any way to contact buyer about the issue. I don’t see anything in voice of customer as well.

I assume this is a Product rating on a product page. If they have just left 1 star feedback, its unlikely you will be able to identify them, as anyone can leave a rating/review on any product.

If you were brand registered, then there is a Customer Reviews option in Seller Central, but this only picks up reviews on products under your Brand Registry brand, and even then, some customers have opted out of communications.
