1. Explanation letter - mainly stating that our patent does not constitute infringement before the other party
2. Patent authorization letter
3. Patent certificate
4. Patent holder's certificate
I think I have submitted all the evidence that can prove that we are not infringing, and I spent a lot of time preparing the materials, but the machine directly replied: The materials you submitted are insufficient, please resubmit. It's really frustrating

Last night we contacted the seller support (number: 10586099282) and reported all the problems we encountered to the customer service in the hope of upgrading the case. But the customer service did not understand what I meant and just gave a mechanical reply. They also asked us to resubmit the documents.
