Missing package dimensions: Please provide the dimensions of the product given in the manufacturer's original packaging
First question, there are three fields. What does each field correspond to? Is it Width x Height x Depth? Or do they correspond to something else?
Also, what if you do not have the manufacturers original packaging? Should you guess based on the dimensions of the product maybe, adding 2 centimetres each way?

Just simply measure the item, length x width x height. No need to allow any extra because if your item is going for FBA, then the dimensions determine the storage fees. Every now and again though, when you submit the dimensions, a box pops up which asks you to confirm that they are correct as Amazon might already have different dimensions from another seller previously. Also, if you are adding additional protective packaging and its going to FBA, then the dimensions should be the size of the additional packaging to prevent Amazon rejecting the item as being larger than submitted.
