Corporate Identity Verification

I have my LTD registered in UK and Amazon had initiated corporate identity verification on 21st of October 2022 and was demanding Bank statement having my company name, Company address and account number on it with all standard requirements of sign, stamp and logo on it. In return I submitted my WISE statement with all requirements but it was rejected saying that they are not accepting fintech banks statements. At that time I was present in UK so I went to my bank (SANTENDER BANK) and got my statement with all formalities having date of 27th of November 2022 on it and submitted it to KYC team on 6th of December 2022. I was expecting their reply in max 10 business days but didn’t got any rejection or acceptance on it till on 5th of January 2023 I flew to Pakistan for managing my manufacturing facility.
On 13th of January 2023, I got reply from KYC and they more demanded CERIFIED BANK LETTER of my account with santender bank having date on or after 13th January. As I m in Pakistan I was unable to be present before bank to request this letter I asked Amazon that due to unusual delay from KYC team I am in Pakistan now and unable to get the document.
I requested them If they can use any other document like bills to verify my company which can be arranged by my staff in UK office but they denied and they only need certified bank letter.
How can I solve this issue, as WISE is now approved payment service provider of Amazon, Amazon will accept its statement and certificate for verification?
My whole inventory is shipped bank to my warehouse as it is more then 60 days now
