I am writing to express my frustration with the ongoing issues regarding my identity verification process. Despite more than 15 attempts over the past five months to correct and resubmit my documents, my situation remains unresolved. Why has the Amazon team not solved this issue? Why does your system fail to match my documents and details?
I am requesting an immediate video call for re-verification. During this call, I can upload and present all necessary identity documents, including my passport. I have been deeply disappointed by the lack of assistance from your support agents, who seem to lack the knowledge or ability to address my case properly.
It appears that my BRP number is being updated automatically on your platform, contributing to these verification issues. This seems to be a system fault, not an error on my part, and I can provide screenshots if needed.
This situation is causing significant delays in my ability to start selling on Amazon, and it’s unacceptable. I urge you to take my case seriously and guide your support agents to handle it effectively.
