Prime badge has disappeared on all listings
The Prime badge has disappeared from all our listings.
Thought it was just a slow day with no orders, but then saw Prime was missing off all our listings ( checked through another account log in).
We had changed the late cut-off time but not ticked the weekend day and thought this was the cause. Have ticked for Saturday now, but our listings still have not got back the Prime Badge.
What other reason would make them disappear?

Have you checked your eligibility after yesterday’s changes with cut off times etc

Yes, they are all at 100%
On another account I found one of our listings and the Prime badge wasnt there. I added to basket and then it showed with the badge. Bit weird.

First day with no sales and it’s the day the new rules applied. Rather weird. We have changed all settings correctly and are eligible for Prime. Don’t know what to do
