Asking customer to remove negative feedback

It is very much against the rules to offer a buyer anything at all for removing feedback.
You may contact them (once) and politely explain that the feedback was left in error (remind them of just what they ordered from you).
If that fails, just write a short professional response to the feedback explaining it was for a different order.

Hello there, my name is CR. You have received some great advice on some steps that you can take above by @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6bl- Thank you!
Please do report back here and let us know if those steps were able to get this rectified for you.
Additionally, you could request to remove feedback via the Feedback Manager as well. Requests to remove feedback must be submitted through Feedback Manager. To submit a request, follow these steps:
- From the "Performance" drop-down menu, select "Feedback Manager"
- Locate the feedback that you want to have reviewed.
- In the "Actions" column, select "Request removal" from the drop-down menu.

This is where you also have the opportunity to contact the customer or post a public reply as mentioned above.
Hoping this helps!
