Refunds slow today?

i issued a refund on something today but it is taking it a long time to go through the system it going through very slow today. i gave out a good customer services now to our customers is anyone else having the same issue of refunds etc???

can take 2 - 3 days to reach the customer’s account.

refunds usually take 5 to 6 hours to show on your account

ok cool i didn’t know that i though it was straight away? how long does it take to go into there account?
