Just registered and can't get account activated
I have just registered and had my bank account number verified and have attached a utility bill and have a valid credit card on file but it has come back with ‘our evaluation is complete’ and my account is still deactivated. What do I do now?

It may just take a while to update
Whilst you wait have a read of the seller university pages to ensure you are up to speed on various policies
If you are planning sending FBM, specifically check the late dispatch policy (due to RM strikes) and the VTR policy
And just to add that if you’ve only (by the sound of it) registered as a private individual seller, you can only sell off your own personal used second hand books etc. You cannot list them as new and you cannot buy and sell for a profit - even if second hand - as that requires business seller registration

Just to add to the above post - are these your own personal second-hand books you are planning to sell ?, or are they ones you have bought with the purpose of selling on for profit.
I too am a book-seller, all second-hand.
If you are buying to sell on, then you need to be registered with HMRC as self-employed (probably sole-trader) and have a Business Seller Account on Amazon , not Individual Account, and have given Amazon your UTR once you ahve recieved it.
If they are your own, then the Individual Seller Account is fine, but you cannot list any items as ‘New’.

I am a teacher and I am selling books that I no longer use.

It is still saying ‘our evaluation is complete’ and my account is still deactivated. I don’t have another bill that is less than 90 days old.
