Delivery options

Hi, I’m a small seller on Amazon but been selling for many years.
I’ve found that my sales are getting less over time and i believe it is due to customers expecting faster delivery times.
I can offer 1st class royal mail no problem with a same day despatch.
How do I set this up compared to the current template that only allows 1-2 days handling and 2-3 delivery?
This current template shows customers a really long delivery time which I think puts people off.

As im small and work on my full-time job during the day I cant offer tracked services as I cant take orders into the post office to get scanned.

Any ideas?

1-2 days handling and 2-3 delivery is the only option you have for standard shipping unless you are eligible for 1 day and 2 day premium shipping. Amazon have removed the option to set quicker shipping unless you qualify based on their criteria.

Main requirement is using tracked services however and the eligibility is constantly monitored and can be taken away at any point:

  • Valid tracking rate : 100% for Premium Delivery orders. For a complete list of approved carriers, click here.
  • On-time delivery rate : Greater than or equal to 97% for Premium Delivery orders. For more information, see On-Time Delivery Score.
  • Seller-initiated cancellation rate : Less than 0.5% for Premium Delivery orders. See Cancellation Rate for more details.
