good evening sellers,
I need your HELP my seller account is suspended from 23/02 for Negative Customer Experience, I write my self one appeal and I don’t get any response from Amazon, this is the first email received from Amazon,
Hello,
Your account has been closed due to violations of our Seller Policies and Seller Code of Conduct. I have provided our Seller Code of Conduct below for reference:
Seller code of conduct
Amazon enables you to reach hundreds of millions of customers. We strive to ensure a fair and trustworthy buyer and seller experience. At Amazon, we expect you to adhere to the code of conduct principles outlined below. Violation of the code of conduct principles may result in the loss of your selling privileges and removal from Amazon Marketplace.
Seller Code of Conduct Principles:
• Adhere to all applicable laws and abide by all Amazon policies.
• Maintain current account information.
• Never misrepresent yourself.
• Always act in a manner that ensures a trustworthy experience for Amazon customers.
• Never list products that may cause harm to Amazon customers.
• Never engage in any misleading, inappropriate or offensive behaviour. This applies to all your activities, including but not limited to:
o Information provided on your account
o Information provided in listings, content or images
o Communication between you and Amazon or you and our customers
• Act fairly at all times. Unfair behaviour includes but is not limited to the following:
o Behaviour that could be deemed as manipulation or “gaming” of any part of the buying or selling experience
o Actions that could be perceived as manipulating customer reviews, including by directly or indirectly contributing false, misleading or inauthentic content
o Activities that could be perceived as attempting to manipulate Amazon’s search results or sales rankings
o Actions that intentionally damage another seller, their listings or their ratings

Hi @A.M.D,

I understand your concern related to the deactivation email you have received on your UK. Selling account which is in regards to Amazon Seller Code of Conduct policy violation.

Often, Seller Performance team conducts reviews on selling accounts to identify if our selling partners are adhering to the policies, they are expected to abide by as a seller on the platform.
As your selling privileges have been taken down because of violation of one such policy, you are expected to submit a plan of action from your end.

The plan of action required to be submitted will have to highlight the below points:
-Acknowledging the violation of the code of conduct occurred on the account.
-Identifying the reason for violation: what caused these violations to occur?
-Steps taken to resolve the issues identified.
-Future proactive steps put in place to ensure the account is in compliance with Amazon’s policies.

You can submit your appeal through your Account Health Dashboard or by following the instructions on the performance notification you have received.

The Account Health Dashboard along with performance notifications are two mediums that help our selling partners to be aware of the issues on the account. So, we would suggest you always keep a close check on both as it will help you understand issues that prevails and impacts your account.
