Impossible to close account

Our company is trying to close account, there are no sales, the listings are deleted except of one - where 1 item is storaged. For this one item it is not possible to create a disposal order as the item is in status "fc processing" for about half a year. Seller support doesn't actually help - said we need to wait for about a month. Still nothing happens but we are charged for storaging. Why does Amazon can't make a disposal order from its side after multiple cases?! Please help us close our account.
