I have received a raft of 'listing suppressed' notifications for items I have been selling for years and when I check it is usually 'color is missing when it is required'

However, I am unable to make the change as it says only brand owner or authorised reseller can make the change and to goto Brand Registry to apply

As I have a letter of authority to re-sell the brand (and have supplied this to Amazon in the past) , I tried Brand Registry - but it wants me to enter trademark application number for the brand in order to continue. This is now impossible as the manufacturer went into liquidation a few months ago.

How do I now proceed? Although I am an authorised re-seller I cannot register myself as such without also knowing the trademark number.

Its just getting impossible to do anything sensible on Amazon. I mean the pictures show the color anyway so it should be a simple matter of asking someone to make the color attribute correct based on the picture. I am just losing the will to live with Amazon anymore.

I'm reaching out to the forum as seller support is not being helpful. I am a UK reseller selling only in the UK marketplace. As I resell, I do not own the listing and can't add COO info to the listing. The email received is confusing as it states "From December 31, 2024, product listings without Country of Origin information will be restricted from cross-border sales until the required information is provided."

Seller support state the listing will be restricted regardless.

I am happy enough to provide COO information but as I don't own any listings, I can't.

Is there a way that Amazon could allow me to add COO info without being the listing owner?

I am approved to sell a particular non-consumable brand (proven with invoices from my supplier). I sell them individually, but also want to sell them in a group. I can see that other sellers are doing this under their own brand name. I don't understand why I cannot get similar approval.

From what I understand, I need an EAN from GS1 that names my brand (not the brand that I am selling). I then need to create packaging that shows my logo (properly fixed) and then send that in for approval.

I just keep hitting a wall. I use stickers for the brand labels - which must meet the guidelines for being properly attached otherwise you wouldn't be able to sell a jar of jam on Amazon, they show my brand, address, barcode, SKU, etc, etc. But I just hit a brick wall, and the responses back are so generic that I don't know what to fix.

It is a ridiculous policy to prevent bundles from being sold. Manufacturers don't stop retailers from selling multiple products together at the till in a physical shop, so why on earth would Amazon make it so hard to give customers convenient purchasing solutions on what is meant to be the world's most convenient e-commerce site?

I just want to sell 4 of the same things like my competitors are being allowed to do.
