Close my account
My account has been de activated fom last 3 months And I am trying to close my account to prevent monthly charges but it does not get closed Please heple me

You can’t close a deactivated account, you will need to reactivate it and wait 90 days from your last sale and not owe amazon any money before you can request it be closed.
However to stop the monthly fee for the professional selling plan you can go to account info and downgrade to the individual plan.
If you haven’t sold anything, you could request a refund, your not guaranteed to get it but its worth a try

Check your Performance notifications to make sure that all the reasons for your account's suspension have been resolved and your account is restored.
