Over Christmas we set our handling time to be 2 Days up from the usual 0 Days. For some reason the new setting was fully ignored, and we had orders coming in on 24th PM, 25th and 26th as Ship By 27th.
The first day we were open after Christmas was Sunday 29th, but we arrived to see about 100 orders registered as Late.
It's driven our Late Dispatch Rate up to a whopping 20%.
Has anyone else had this happen, or got any advice on how to handle it with Amazon? Thankfully our 30 day late shipping rate is down at 3% but as time passes I suspect it'll be impacted.

We have had this same issue. Our products are custom-made and are all seller-fulfilled. We have had an open ticket on this for 1 month now and not resolved. Our account has actually been banned for seller-fulfilled products. We won't appeal it until the handling day issue is resolved.
