3 star review, and the reason!
Hi All,
We have 4.9 star rating of one our product, and a customer yesterday left us 3 star review , and they wrote " as it is a Christmas gift I can’t comment" Seriously??
Is there any chance getting this removed? as it is clearly not from using the product, they just felt like giving us 3!! You know how hard is to get reviews, and then you get this!!!

laughable, but sad reality is you have to deal and live with this. If it is a product review, you can escalate to seller support

I’ve had a product review (1 star) with “not”. Amazon would not remove it. It’s unlikely they will remove your review I’m afraid.

Although the review is annoying you have no chance of getting it removed as it is within Amazon Terms of service.

It is near impossible to get reveiws removed. We have a similar issue. Description states no less than 5x that this product only has one USB port and we got a 1* reveiw saying ‘only has 1 usb port, not 2 as advertised’. We have opened several cases and tried to get this fixed but it simply ‘does not violate reveiw guidelines’ so they won’t remove it

I have seen people leaving 3 star review saying perfect! Other leaving 5 stars and saying sceptical!
There’s not much you can do unfortunately.
