Seller Fulfilled Prime slide issue products disappearing since Apr 2021

Hi everyone,
Seems to be a glitch on Amazon at the moment and wondered if it was happening to anyone else?
All our SFP Seller Fulfilled Prime offers on Amazon appear perfectly in the standard search results, showing the correct delivery and Prime badge.
But if you try to filter all the search results with the “Prime” toggle button, this should then only show offers with Prime.
But none of our items appear, they all disappear, leaving only paid ads of our listings.

Obviously a big disadvantage as I know many buyers (like myself) always filter results to only show the prime offers.

These are all own brand products, we are the only sellers of them.
It is happening for all our Asins across multiple categories. We have perfect metrics so nothing could be affecting it there.

This dates back to April 2021, after multiple seller support cases that went nowhere, I’ve now escalated this to executive level as this has almost halved our sales and has now been ongoing for over 18 months which is insane.

Anyone else got this issue, as they are still giving me the run around, surely this is breaking there contract of service as it is unfairly punishing SFP sellers.

Try it yourself, search your brand name, all your prime products appear, then click the slider mine all disappear, can’t be found on any page, yet my ads still appear. They know about this as it was raised to them in Apr 21 by numerous sellers, yet still it remains unfixed, this is very very fishy and screams discrimination against SFP users who bust a gut to hit the crazy metrics every day and is essentially unfair competition.

Yes i have also seen this with SFP items when filtering. No sign of our products but this has been like this for quite some time now.
