Cant see the royal mail shipping options on amazon order page why?
I can see my amazon orders on my RM Click and Drop page.But cant see the buy options from Royal mail on amazon order page. Anyone can help me pls.?

Check the sizes/weights when you go to buy shipping.
They are probably incorrect or missing on Amazon.

Nope. There r diffrent kind of Royal Mail accounts I guess And they dont give any account number except OBA( Online Bussines Account). I can use their Click and Drop Services as a bussiness including 24/48 Tracked shiping services also can see my amazon orders on its orders page. But it doesnt have account number. And amazon asks account number. Its really hard to understand why amazon asks that while royal mail let me use its services as a click and drop costumer.

From the settings and integrations page on click and drop have you added a new integration?

If you only have a personal account you dont need to see them on Amazon, you want to buy on click and drop and then either mark dispatched on click and drop and let it tell Amazon or do it manually on Amazon (removing the confirm dispatch link)

Personal click and drop doesnt have an account number because you dont have an account, everything is paid for as you use it

RM on buy shipping is standard, you don’t need to link anything except make sure all your preferences are set up. If after refreshing everything it’s not coming up you’ll have to try seller support.
Assume you do have an amazon business account although I don’t know if it matters in this case?
