Pictures of damaged products
Hi guys,
I have had a customer message me and tell me that a product has arrived damaged, I replied immediately and asked for pictures but my email address was removed from the message. Can anyone please advise how I can get pictures from the customer? If the product is damaged I need to send proof to my supplier and fix the issue for the customer.
Many thanks

They can send the pictures via Amazon messaging.

Ive had the issue too where buyer just refused point blank to either provide proof of damage in form of pictures or to return the item.
They gave every excuse imaginable - they were disabled, had no camera, did not know how, were scared to go out because of covid, etc
In the end they did do an AtoZ and Amazon actually sided with me when I pointed out Amazon own policies that they had to return for a refund but were refusing to do so as confirmed they had not even requested a returns label from Amazon.

When submitting a claim for damage most couriers require proof. Most customers are willing to supply this without issues however you do get the odd few who won’t which then may draw adverse conclusions to a claim.
I was reading another post where another seller sold high value items where the customer alleged they received an empty box. In this instance I suggested placing a security sticker on the parcel any sign of damage must be reported to seller upon delivery and not 30 days after delivery. Security seals are always helpful.
