I cannot list my product on eu-markets other than United Kingdom.

I have been uploading products to amazon.co.uk for about 2 weeks. Even though I have connected other EU markets to the UK Market, my products are not visible in the other EU markets nor are the prices clearly displayed on the price editing page.

I 'm waiting for your precious help.

Yours Sincerely,

Hi @Seller_CT6LthoQR25Lo,

if you switch in the top to the stores in question, e.g. Germany, you should be able to see the reason for listing being inactive. In your case I saw some of your Listing requiring a selling application to be filed. Those applications may occur regionally. Have you tried filing one already?

Best Regards

Rachelle

Yes, that's why I'm asking!

In certain cases, tax registration in an EU country is necessary.

The other and even more important question is: have the formalities concerning the EU Product Safety Regulation (PSR) been completed? Among other things, this requires a named representative in the EU, but also the manufacturer's contact details. In particular, if the goods are subject to CE marking, other documents are also required, such as a declaration of conformity, possibly user manuals in the language of the destination country, etc.

In fact, my account does not meet some of these requirements. Okay, so I understand why I can't sell my product in countries like Spain, Italy, France, Belgium, and Germany, but why can I sell it in Sweden, the Netherlands, Ireland, and Poland? So what's the difference? By the way, let me tell you this. I've been opening my store for 2-3 weeks now, and I made my first sale 2 days ago. I wonder if the problem is that or not.

Actually you only can "sell it in Sweden, the Netherlands, Ireland, and Poland" as long as Amazon does not block those offers. And that should happen sooner or later if your prosucts do not meet the requirements of the EU market. Because platform operators like Amazon are partly responsible.

Well, I tried to find your offers, but I failed. You can't even find your articles if you know the names.
