Need Urgent Help: Loss of Subscribe and Save Eligibility and More than 300 Hundred Subscribers for ASIN B07G3LCS4J

Upon opening 4 cases in seller support and contacting the associated e-mail: eu-fba-sns-feedback@amazon.com and getting no resolution, I have decided to take this case to the trusted forums of Amazon.
I'm reaching out to bring a significant issue to communites attention regarding our product with ASIN: B07G3LCS4J. This product has been a part of the Amazon Subscribe and Save program for several years, benefiting both our business and Amazon customers. Recently, we were surprised to discover that it has lost this eligibility in UK, ES, IT, FR, resulting in more than 300 of our subscribers being affected.
We suspect this might be due to an error within Amazon's system. The Subscribe and Save program is essential for us and our customers, and its sudden removal is causing considerable concern. This change impacts not only our business operations but also the shopping experience of many loyal Amazon customers.
We kindly request an immediate review and reinstatement of our product in the Subscribe and Save program. This issue, we believe, is an unintentional oversight and we are hopeful for a quick resolution.
Additionally, we seek assurance that such issues will be preemptively identified and addressed in the future to prevent similar occurrences with other products.

That ASIN doesn't have a sales rank so it seems to have either lost its browse node or been flagged as an adult product.
The former is sometimes fixable by the seller through the tool in help, but otherwise it's down to Support.

Where is Amazon when we need them? We believe this issue has a time limit on it and if we take no action now, we are afraid it might be too late.
We did everything we could, the resolution of this issue is in Amazon's hands now.
