Add user to my account and sponsor listing
Hi
I am trying to add a user to my account so they have access to listings but my account doesn’t have that option anywhere…can you help…
Also want to sponsor a listing as Im new and haven’t even sold one item yet… I think that might help but I cant see that on my seller account either…
I spoke to someone and there response was your account is active but thats didn’t help at all…

To add a user to your account you go to settings - user permissions however, who are you adding ? Do you know them ? Have they got any links with any other amazon accounts ?
Another seller posted earlier that they have been suspended due to their newly appointed advertising person having their own suspended account
Advertising is under the advertising tab at the top of the page
Be careful with your budget. And note, your listing only went on sale this week so you need to give it time
