Read onlyI get an error that shipment creation has been temporarily deactivated when attempting to send in a shipment. I updated my banking recently with a micro deposit received for verification; however, there is nothing in case log regarding why this occurred and chat support hasn't been able to resolve this issue or tell me why it occurred.
