Invite only Amazon Selling Partner 360
Hi, we have had a special invite only (yippee) for the Amazon Selling Partner 360 program. In a nutshell it costs about the same as a decent member of staff per month. Does anyone have any experience of the program? On the face of it it sounds exactly what we need to be able to move to the next level. Our business growth has been ok and restricted by time more than anything. We have the same day in day out issues as with most Amazon sellers so i would be throwing many problems and issues at the ‘marketplace consultant’ on a daily basis! It would be great to hear if anyone has experience as the sign up is for a minimum of 12 months so its a considerable gamble.
Thanks

I’ve struggled to find an awful lot out about this one.
It seems quite expensive for what it is though.
Only pricing I can find is for US, but I’m presume it’s comparable.
They are charging $1600 + 0.3% of your total sales. Though it’s capped at $5000 that could add up to a considerable cost.
Assuming that you actually get an Amazon rep who has a good all round knowledge, it could be useful. But I’m not so sure that an extra member of staff wouldn’t be more useful.
From what I can see, you get a designated manager, “strategic” business advice, "Operational execution and access to pilots etc.
I can’t really see how someone at amazon can help directly with business advice to be frank. Even stuff like listing new products and so, is not that difficult to get sorted. And as to access to pilots etc, they could be relevant, but that will depend on your business and what is actually available.
Generally speaking, if you business is a good fit for a program, they are quite easy to get on anyway.

Just another scam for Amazon to increase revenue. They should be dealing with issues promptly and competently as standard!
Fair enough if they provide good analytics, but this is just to get you to spend more on advertising.
THEY ARE GEARED TO TAKING MORE AND MORE MONEY FROM SELLERS.
That is their primary aim. They don’t care about helping anyone.
