How many customer messages do you handle by day?

I was just wondering the average of the messages received by customer you manage by day and the time it takes from you each day ( all amazon platforms included )
We sell since 2009 on amazon , we used to manage between 3 to 5 messages by day although we had more orders than now
Actually we have to manage with less orders at least 10 messages a day

We currently get about 2 a month
We sell customised items that have the customisation requirements box required at purchase, so no need for contact there
All fbm items are sent with some form of tracking so thats there for the buyer to see
The rest are fba so no customer contact
The returns are automated too now so we only really get the occasional Where’s my item

Most of the queries I get are the same so I have templates for each and translated into all languages. I can handle 15-20 but more than that gets a bit boring
